| Abstract: | At present BBC leases Australian transmitters for the Pacific area which is due to end soon. Thus BBC started negotiations with the New Zealand government how to continue broadcasting. At present Radio New Zealand uses old transmitters of very low power but the government cannot supply the necessary funding for new equipments. |
