| Abstract: | Japan's leading video companies use hologram seals in ongoing antipiracy campaign following fall '87 Copyright Council recommendation. Of 12,000 video storesin Japan at least 5,000 were fully or partly involved in piracy.Problems are dumping or video rental. Overnight rental charges went down to $2.35 or less. |
