Abstract:Advertising agencies are becoming a new power in the European TV program market. With deregulation in European television , British advertising agencies want to find new markets in barter syndication. There are new opportunities in terrestrial television and new private channels in France, Spain, and Italy. The agencies plan to buy the rights to programs. More delegates, companies will turn up for the 23rd MIP in Cannes than ever before.
