These responses are paradigmatic for the story of the chosen industry, wool textiles, have parallels with many others in the developed world. The case analyses are used to explore the relationships between several factors bearing upon organizational performance: strategy, innovation and human resources management. It is considered how their interplay depends upon organization culture and leadership. |
