| Abstract: | The market economy is one kind of risk economy. As our national economic system is experiencing its critical period of overall turn, more attention should be given to the problem of preventing financial risk, a multiple risk. The financial sector plays such a special role in the whole market economy system that it is much more difficult to grasp the scope and deep extent caused by financial risk. Under the dualistic function of mechanism transformation and decision mistake, the factors drawing our national financial risk from possibility to reality are increasing, which makes it urgent to establish the financial risk preventing mechanism. And now it has become a common phenomenon to prevent finance from assimulating capital. |
