| Abstract: | Finland, Ireland and the Netherlands have been studied in a KNOGG report analysing the impact of incoming multinational enterprises (MNEs) on knowledge spillovers. The efficiency of national innovation policies plays an important role in the quality of incoming MNEs. Finland has actively promoted science and technology policies by strengthening the domestic national innovation system. |
