| Abstract: | Under the socialist market economy, the Chinese government has intervened in socio-economic activities, remedied and corrected "market failure". At the same time, "government failure" should be prevented and overcome too. To this end, we should decide on the overall train of thought on the two-way reshaping of the government's economic function with Chinese characteristics on the basis of analysis of the root of "government failure", start with straightening out the government's interest relations to guarantee the justice of the government's intervention, standardize the government's function and behavior in intervention, strengthen supervision over the government's regulation and control, make the government decide policies more scientifically, introduce competition mechanism in some fields under the government's regulation and control. |
