Abstract:Recently, the phenomena of underselling and vicious competition between enterprises has emerged on Chinese market. Major reasons are insufficient market demands and the unbalance of supply and demand of products. To safeguard its market and expand its selling amount, enterprise is caught involuntarily in the orderless competition of cutting down prices, which not only influences the market order, but also causes social shocks. Therefore, government should come forward to control such situation. Meanwhile, it needs to strengthen administrative management and legal standards and to guide the market towards orderly competition.
