| Abstract: | Every revolution of industrial pattern and technology has created industrial powers one after another in the human history. At present, the new revolution of industrial pattern is the wintelism and contract product network. Adaption to and conscious application of wintelism and contract product network in our industrial economy will determine the success of our reform of enterprises. The above-mentioned industrial pattern requires our government and enterprises to carry out the following: strengthening the protection of property rights; formulating relative laws and favorable terms on profits and taxes to encourage innovation by key enterprises; paying attention to the rational organization of the existed productive potentiality of production network and promoting the formation of new product network. |
