Abstract: | The orientation of the Chinese government's authority over anti-monopoly should adhere to the following principles: to legalize the authority, to protect competition and divide and restrict the authority. The administrative law enforcement organs of anti-monopoly set up by the government should at least have the following powers: the power of drafting rules and regulations, administrative inspection, administrative examination and determination, administrative penalty, administrative compulsory execution, administrative adjudication and exclusive delation. |
