| Abstract: | This article analyzes the market for vaccinations in order to examine a demand side with income heterogeneity and a supply side with monopoly power. The authors take into account the ill incentives of the monopolistic competition in the vaccination market and find that it offers an efficiently based rationale for distribution oriented national or international public health interventions. |
