Abstract: | The economical transformation process of an important producer of electronic products out of a "chaotic" situation into a new company is taken as an typical example and consequently analysed in view to general findings. The analysis is focused on the question of the required time frame and the participaion of personnel under the aspect of total costs for the concept and its implementation. A cost model is developed which demonstrates the impact of time and employees participation on total costs. Between strong leadership and a high degree of involvement of all group members there is a cost minimun, which depends on many cost factors, mainly problem solving skills, knowledge and motivation for changes of the process by the participants. |
