| Abstract: | Besides factor related and product related characteristics, Waste Management Systems are especially marked by process related characteristics. They can further be characterized by cyclic or noncyclic structures. In order to create an efficient Waste Management System, it is necessary to make an extensive and well structured analysis. The "Residuelinematrix" was developed as a specific analytical instrument for one specific sort of residue. With this instrument all effects of a Waste Management System on economic, ecological and social fields can be registered. The Regional Waste Management Systems are related to more than one sort of residue. They can be analyzed be answering the following questions: How is the cooperation between the enterprises organized, and is technical change necessary? An empirical investigation is used. |
