| Abstract: | For a long time occidental industrial systems have been in a significant mutation. The firms change their policy of vertical integration. Instead they try to multiply the non-hierarchical relations with the multiple organizations which are considered as autonomous profit centre. Old global strategies are replaced by these networks, where alliances and know-how cooperations are made. The networks determine the organizational change and provide a perfect management of physical and informational flow among the members of the network. The indispensable coordination of potential forces which has to be organized by the network conceivers is emphasized. |
