| Abstract: | Inventory-free (just-in-time) production has strong requirements against shipment of materials and parts. Production planning, stocking, quality control at the subcontractor has to be regulated ex ante, as well as change in materials used and breach of contract. The article presents a model contract in which all the above-mentioned problems are incorporated and solved. |
