Abstract:In the commercial competition in China, there exist the following major problems: 1. The organisational scale is generally on the small side and so it is difficult to realise economy of scale. 2. The form of operation is so single that the positioning of business operation tends to be same. 3. The low-level unduly competition becomes increasingly intense due to the fact that a network of commercial establishments lacks overall planning. To prevent China's commerce from entering barriers, we should control the number of large-and medium-sized commercial enterprises, strengthen the overall arrangement and rational plan on the network of commercial establishments , formulate laws and regulations on commercial competition, diversify the forms of operation and promote the development of commercial enterprise groups.
