Abstract:After analysing sets of variables of behaviour of managers, consumer's and administrative departments and the course of transaction of counterfeit famous brand goods on specialised trade markets, this paper thinks that the key to controlling such a phenomena on the specialised trade markets lies in making a serial of innovations in system and market organisation and also raises the following policy suggestions: 1. reforming the management system of specialised trade markets, 2.establishing the new single system of industrial and commercial administrations in stead of the dual leadership system, 3.making the subjects of operation more mature, plural and enterprises, 4. removing the backing of counterfeit commercial industries.
