| Abstract: | Starting with definitions and past developments, certain pros of OBSF are underlined.The basic instruments used in OBSF are then classified by business, financial and capital transactions.The article also highlights various aspects of possible treatments of OBSF instruments together with their use in the Slovene business environment. Thereafter the author identifies the subjects who could carry out the implementation of OBSF instruments in Slovenia: government, banking and other businesses.The description of their share of responsibility to link the economy to advanced corporate finance concludes the article. |
