| Abstract: | The article discusses the question of when and how Slovenia would be able to join the European monetary system.The requirements of the EMS.Finally, the issue of the costs and benefits of Slovenian's inclusion in the EMS is dealt with.The article concludes that for the moment Slovenia is not yet ready for joining the EMS, but points out to the necessary adjustments that could lead to Slovenian's future inclusion in the EMS. |
