| Abstract: | Establishing the modern enterprises system is a all-directional revolution. Not only property right relationship, responsibility-power relationship and mode of management need to change, but enterprises' ideology, moral concept and value norm, too. To grasp correctly the change of enterprise ethics, we should make clear the component factors of enterprise ethics, which finds expression in the following five aspects: the reflection of enterprise interest relationship, enterprises' business philosophy and rational mentality, ethics value displayed in enterprises' market behaviour, ethics factors in management of enterprises and moral environment and moral quality of enterprises' staff and workers. |
