| Abstract: | Constructing and improving China's housing finance system is a very complicated system engineering and practically required by the further reform of housing system and cultivating housing industry as a new growth point of national economy. Following measures should be adopted to improve China's housing finance system: gradually change the dislocation of the focus of housing consumption; expand the source of housing capital due to government policy and optimize its utilization; devote major efforts to carry out personal home mortgage loan; promote the progress of putting raising housing funds and housing financing into system. |
