| Abstract: | The change of labor relationship of China's state-owned enterprises is toward the direction of standardization, adoption of the market principle, adoptio of contract and legalization. At present, the general features of labor relationship of China's state-owned enterprises should be summarized in two aspects: transition and complication. Transition implies that this kind of enterprise labor relationship is in a transition period from planned economy. to market economy. Complication is embodied in he aspects of people's understanding problems left over by history and the big difference among different enterprises. |
