| Abstract: | The objectives and direction of China fiscal reform are as follows: transforming the function of government; strengthening the intensity of reform on fiscal expense; and rationally defining the range of public expenses. It is strongly suggested by the paper, that reform the current budget management system, and revise the budget subjects, and reform the management system of facilities, and that, implement reduction, merge and shunt. |
