| Abstract: | Inspiration from the investigating results is as follows: property rights management should be implemented by the institutions that have the ability to take the responsibility related with property rights for state-owned assets. Optimize legislation related with risk management on stock rights investment.Constitute investment consultation system, and provide consulting services regarding risk information. Some conditioned enterprise groups should establish special risk management department. Moreover, strengthen education on risk management, and cultivate specialists in risk management. |
