Abstract:This study reviews consumer behaviour from the point of view of developing export market in Iran, and the case study for country's major top non-oil export product, the "hand made carpet". In addition, discussed are some of the major issues with respect to Iran's hand made carpet which has a great effect on Iran's economy in accordance to its Third Socio-Economical Development Plan (1999-2003).
