Abstract: | History of Iranian trade connections is reviewed and benefits from the re-emergence of Iran are summarized. The following six prescriptions of future success are discussed: development of cultural competence, product adapting, a need of Iranian partner in logistics and distribution, clear and honest promotion, official negotiation of exchange rates and readiness to barter, financing training and essential reconstruction projects. |
