Abstract:What really makes the difference between successful and unsuccessful deployment is the way management motivates and educates employees to act on a new strategy. There is a direct relationship between getting an organization's 'influence systems' to create the necessary behaviour or competencies and a company's ability to achieve the desired business results. The organizational influence systems interact with one another to create individual and organizational behaviours. You must realign these influence systems to carry out a new strategy.
