| Abstract: | It is not enough to measure the dollars and man-hours an IT project consumes. It must also measure whether it is delivering the business benefits people looking for. Unfortunately, the CEO´s and business managers who are asking their CIO´s to compute the value of IT investments are asking the wrong person. Theu should instead take a hard look in the mirror. |
