| Abstract: | China has made great successes in the introduction and utilization of foreign investment. However, there also exist the negative influence brought by "the illusion of foreign investment". The reasons for it are as follows: On one hand, the theoretical evidences on the utilization of foreign investment, provided by the economics circles have one-sidedness and are metaphysical. On the other hand, in the course of actual operation, there exist the phenomena of blindness and anarchism and willfully distorting the principle of mutual benefits. If we stick to the policy of opening to the outside world, we must overcome and eliminate the negative influence brought by: the illusion of foreign investment", enhance the quality and efficiency of utilizing foreign investment. |
