| Abstract: | China has become the world's leading importing country of foreign capital. Introduction of foreign fund brings both advantages and disadvantages. How we can optimize utilization of foreign fund, raise the efficiency and reduce risks is of great importance. This paper is intended to make a case analysis of utilization of foreign capital direct investment and securities investment in terms of economic results and arrives at the following suggestions that the scale of foreign trade be rationalized; risks prevention mechanisms be created; direct investment be limited moderately and importance be attached to use of foreign debt and securities investment. |
