| Abstract: | At the present stage, China no longer needs foreign capital as badly as in the early period of reform and opening. Current utilization of foreign capital should focus on attracting investment of mega-multinationals in order to raise the overall productivity. Hence we need to open market to a greater extent; enhance management and cultivation of hi-tech development zones; and make more efforts to protect the intellectual property rights. Foreign capital should be guided into infrastructures and its quality guaranteed. |
