| Abstract: | China's capital fleeing abroad rapid add up, and the most one is in 1997. Among the fleeing capitals, the foreign exchange funds are 8.86 billion dollars, and the national foreign exchange storage net increase 34.8 billion dollars in 1997. The strategic choices of preventing capital fleeing abroad are to set up and improve corporations' inner control system, heighten quality and lever of commercial management, protect a good macro-economic environment, prudent promote RMB capital project exchange and prevent international capital from fleeing abroad. |
