| Abstract: | The article analyzes survey evidence from 218 organizations to investigate the effect of governance of knowledge management in organizations. It features a model of knowledge management governance that explains the components of knowledge management maturity that induces realization of strategic benefits. The connection between knowledge management governance and corporate governance and the importance of knowledge management authority roles are shown. |
