| Abstract: | A pilot study of a proposed methodology is presented here, which examines the implications of the way PAQ ( Position Analysis Questionnaire) profile similarity is measured for the validity of predictions concerning performance on a target job. The aim is to assess the similarity between the profiles of scores of different recruitment jobs with a target job. |
