| Abstract: | ICI's Grangemouth plant has started on an organisational development programme the main focus of which was the structure of the organisation, a method that built an organisation from the bottom upwards. The restructuring concentrated on tasks and the business of manufacturing and it created an environment which allowed people to perform more effectively. |
