| Abstract: | The liberal and socialist utopias hoped to reconcile the enterprise and the society, while the Marxists denied this possibility. It is a French peculiarity, that the development of the modern business was based on the pre-industrial social units, namely on the family and the village. The taylorism of the 20th century has led to the naissance of the positive enterprise. |
