| Abstract: | This article explores antidumping jumping foreign direct investment (hereafter as: FDI) in the context of EU antidumping policy. The results show that duty jumping or duty pre-empting FDI appears when EU administration has wider objective than just protecting EU industrys profitability and if cost advantages of foreign firms can be transferred abroad. It is also shown that the price undertakings reduce the incentives to engage in FDI. |
