| Abstract: | Authenticity of statistical information is the prerequisite for the effectiveness of macro regulation and control. The general goal of the statistics reform under the new system should be: perfect and amplification of the legal system of statistics provide guarantee; reform of the statistical system is the breakthrough-point; to improve statistical survey methods, to promote socialization of statistical information and bring into effective play statistical function with international accounting rules as the standard. |
