| Abstract: | This paper discusses the contents and methods of consumption statistics from consumption demand and supply statistics and commodity circulation statistics. In China's current statistical system, there are "money receipts and payments balance sheet of residents "and the statistics of purchasing power of social groups, which can reflect consumption demand .China's consumption supply statistics involve three levels, that is, the total volume of social consumption supply, supply of social consumer goods and supply of social commodities. China's commodity circulation statistics have such basic indicators as the total volume of purchase, sale and stock, the physical quantity of purchase, sale and stock of major commodities and the turn over volume of commodities. |
