Abstract: | The influence of managerial level, function, and attitudes toward training utility on self-assessment is examined. A training-needs survey was completed by 506 lower and middle level managers across four functional areas. Correlational and regression analyses showed that managerial level and function had some effect on reported administration training needs, while function and attitude towards training utility had some effect on self-reported training needs for quality control. |
