| Abstract: | The author expresses an opinion that the seven principles of cost management are founded on five basic tenets: an organization's cost structure is the direct result of specific past and current management decisions; complexity is a primary driver of organizational performance; effective and lasting change comes only as a result of significantly different decision making and involvement. The author of the paper states the organization performances is determined by the commitment to employee knowledge and experience. The paper says that the employee performance can be optimized only through a positive and balanced performance environment. |
