| Abstract: | The author states the point of view of SDP, the main party of the German opposition concerning the second reform of the German Post. After a brief analysis of the failure of the first reform, the reasons that make a second reform of postal and telecommunication services indispensable are outlined. The conditions that must be met in order that SDP would vote for the bill in German Bundestag are presented too. The most important ones of them concern the share of the state in the two joint stock companies, the post and the telecommunication company, the use of the sum gained from the privatization, the regulation and the security of the employees. |
