| Abstract: | The author, representing the point of view of the trade union of the German Post criticizes and rejects the bill relating to the second reform of the German Federal Post. The main points of his criticism relate the way the three companies, the telecommunication company , the post and the Postbank are to be privatized, the way the public responsibilities and tasks of the post are /or are not/ ensured in the bill, the issues of regulation, the interests of the employees of the three companies. The whole reform concept is rejected as a draft based on ultraliberal market ideology. |
