| Abstract: | The new method and standards were put into practice on Sept. 1, 1994. The main contents are as follows: (1) For the users who should pay foreign exchange certificates if they use domestic post and telecommunication service, according to the original stipulation, it is not necessary to add another 50% if they pay RMB, according to the new fee standard, after the reform of foreign exchange system; (2) For the users who should not pay foreign exchange certificates if they use international or Hong Kong's and Macao's post and telecommunication service, according to the original stipulation, fees will be correspondingly raised by 50% with the range of variation of RMB exchange rate. In the above two cases, both domestic and foreign users are charged by the unified fee standards. |
