Abstract:Can and should firms play Big Brother when it comes to monitoring employees' E-mail? Communication between individuals and firms has never been faster or easier, thanks to powerful new technologies such as electronic mail, or E-mail. At the Du Pont company alone, more than a million E-mail messages crisscross the network every day.
