Abstract:Big companies ask more and more from outside training institutes, either to start with new abilities, or to give training to new collaborators. There are different possibilities to get information on training organizations, there are many and various of them. The demand for training is dependent on three factors: the individual needs, which are to correspond to the objectives and the strategy of the company; the needs of the group, where inside company training is given by an outside organism or where the group becomes integrated in an outside company programme; and the company needs with more specifically technical aspects. Attention is drawn to the respect of the whole strategy.
