| Abstract: | This study aims to examine the impact of team climate (henceforth as: t-c.) and empowering leadership (as: e-l-ship) on team members' knowledge-sharing (KS) behaviour (KSB). Based on prior knowledge management (KM) studies, a research model is developed. Using data gathered from over 430 college students at a major U.S. university taking courses requiring team projects and applying the partial least squares technique to test the research model, it is found that t-c. and e-l-ship notably influence individuals' KSB by affecting their attitude toward KS. These two constructs are also found to have significant direct effects on the KSB. |
