Abstract:The article explores the impact of the presence of Corporate Psychopaths in corporations' leadership positions on employees' perceptions corporate social responsibility (CSR) in their employer firm. A quantitative study comprising 346 employees in Australia is conducted, using four different measures of CSR and three measures of organizational commitment to employees. The results of the study indicate that the presence of Corporate Psychopaths has a negative impact on all the measures of CSR and organizational commitment.
