| Abstract: | This paper explores the reasons for bubble economy, taking real estate as the object. The author thinks that the two objective gauges for judging whether a product has entered the consumption field are "social angle" and "final angle". It means that a product must really enter the final consumption field and only in this way its cycle is virtuous and its value is realized really. So we should choose substantial economy as the new economic growth point rather than bubble economy. Only in this way can we eliminate bubble economy and make China embark on the orbit of virtuous cycle. |
