| Abstract: | The development and management of human resources of enterprises are a course of the setting, digging, training and managing of personnel according to human demand for enterprises' existence and development. It includes such links as attracting, selecting, training, assessing and adjusting personnel. These links supplement and complement each other, and are inter related and interacted on each other, thus forming a complete system of development and management of human resources. In the era of knowledge economic, enterprises should shift from stressing handling goods and materials to human management. The development and management of human resources will become the most important task facing enterprises. |
